Members check them out and vote for them within three categories. The same process starts week on week, so the collection is building over time.

What the tour didn't obviously show me - and it took me a long time to find details - is that you can also access the entire Lets' Doe It network once you are signed up to Doe Projects. The Project is a great idea, giving you the choice of what you like to see and letting them know you want to see more from that niche or channel, but you don't find any mention of the network until you get to the join page where it says something about Porndoe Premium, the old name for the network.
